Clutta

Clutta carries a model of what a workflow was supposed to do, then watches for the absence of that outcome. Collection tells you what executed. Verification tells you what failed to execute, which is the class of failure that passes every health check and shows up as a customer complaint days later.

The ingest path is Go over Kafka, with OpenTelemetry as the instrumentation contract so nothing proprietary has to be adopted first. Live state reaches operators over WebSocket rather than a polling dashboard, because the interesting signal is a deadline passing with nothing on the other side of it.
